Ce que tu feras
- Réparations générales, plâtrage et finition
- Peinture et retouches entre les locataires
- Petites réparations en menuiserie, plomberie et électricité
- Dépannage et réparation d'appareils électroménagers
- Entretien saisonnier — tonte de gazon, déneigement et salage
- Nettoyage extérieur — lavage à pression, fenêtres, garage
- Préparation des appartements pour les nouveaux locataires
- Inspections du bâtiment — ascenseurs, gicleurs, panneaux d'alarme, génératrice
- Achat de fournitures et coordination avec les entrepreneurs spécialisés
- Disponible à l'occasion pour des urgences en dehors des heures normales
Ce qu'on recherche
- Expérience solide comme homme à tout faire — tu connais tes outils
- À l'aise avec la menuiserie de base, la plomberie et l'électricité
- Quelqu'un d'autonome qui n'a pas besoin d'être supervisé constamment
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Permis de conduire valide — à l'aise entre Laval et Montréal
- Admissible à travailler au Canada

Handyman / Building Maintenance Technician Full-time · Permanent · Montreal & Laval · $60,000/year

What you'll be doing
- General repairs, patching, and plastering
- Painting and touch-ups between tenancies
- Minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Basic appliance troubleshooting and repair
- Seasonal landscaping — grass cutting, snow clearing and salting
- Exterior cleaning — pressure washing, window washing, garage cleaning
- Apartment preparation for new tenants
- Building inspections — elevators, sprinklers, alarm panels, generator
- Purchasing supplies and coordinating with specialized trades as needed
- Available for occasional after-hours emergencies
What we're looking for
- Solid hands-on handyman experience — you know your way around tools
- Comfortable with basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Valid driver's licence — must be comfortable driving between Laval and Montreal
- Eligible to work in Canada
