Job Description
In your role, you will be expected to:
-
Organize and maintain accurate files, manage correspondence, and ensure proper documentation of records;

Assist with data entry, invoice tracking and invoicing;
-
Manage schedule and meetings, filter their email inbox, and track tasks to be completed;
-
Monitor activities, files, and requests related to the teams;
-
Organize meetings and business trips: invitations, agendas & minutes, travel arrangements, reservations, etc.;
-
Maintain confidential files and update financial documents, including expense reports and internal files;
-
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and charts using Microsoft Office software;
-
Support the management team on various projects, coordinate events, and assist with procurement, if necessary;
-
Contact for clients or partners regarding inquiries and information requests;
-
Ensure the traceability of information;
-
Follow AAA Canada’s quality procedures and processes;

Meet objectives;
-
Perform any other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
Your Profile:
-
Canadian citizenship;
-
Valid security clearance (Controlled Goods Program and Enhanced Reliability)
-
Diploma of Collegiate Studies in Office Systems Technology or the equivalent;
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
-
Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.
