The position is based at our downtown Montreal office in a hybrid work model.
Your role:
The Senior OMNI Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and leading Yoplait Liberté Canada’s omni‑marketing strategy to drive consumer conversion and business growth across physical, digital, retailer‑owned, and third‑party touchpoints.
By working closely with brand marketing, commercial strategy, sales, and key retail partners, the Senior OMNI Marketing Manager identifies growth opportunities, builds omni‑marketing capabilities and ways of working, and ensures that consumer‑facing investments work together to support brand objectives, customer priorities, and business performance.
What you will accomplish daily:

Define and lead the company’s omni‑marketing strategy

Mobilize, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team

Set strategic direction, investment priorities, and performance indicators for retail media, retailer‑owned digital ecosystems, e‑commerce activation, retailer consumer platforms, and in‑store activation

Develop integrated activations and strategic partnerships
-
Identify growth opportunities throughout the consumer journey
-
Turn consumer data and insights into growth levers
-
Define omni‑marketing KPIs and performance metrics
-
Create planning processes that align brand marketing, customer marketing, e‑commerce, and sales teams
-
Assess the effectiveness of omni‑marketing investments across consumer touchpoints
-
Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development while empowering team members to contribute to strategy development, execution, and results within the broader omni‑marketing framework
What you need to join our team:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
-
10 years of progressive experience in marketing, shopper marketing, customer marketing, omnichannel marketing, commercial strategy, sales, or related functions (CPG experience is a strong asset)

At least 5 years of experience in a management role
-
Proven experience in developing growth strategies and translating insights into action

Strong understanding of consumer behavior and omnichannel activation across retail and digital touchpoints
