The Career Foundation is currently seeking Part Time Auto Detailer on behalf of one of our employer partners.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet the employer's high standards of quality and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or customer service is required, but they are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn.
Job Type: Part-time (seasonal contract from May to October) with potential to be permanent
Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail vehicles both inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them accordingly
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements/Skills:
- Full G driver’s licence
- Own vehicle and ability to travel to different golf courses in the area
- Basic automobile know-how with a strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship
- Prior Auto-Detailing Experience of at least 6 months
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently (entrepreneurial mindset) and as part of a team with professionalism
- Great communication skills to understand client needs and relay information clearly
- Ability to follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Comfortable adhering to a professional dress code suitable for a premium environment.
Locations: Vaughan and Aurora but locations can vary throughout the season should a client want mobile services
Work Environment: High‑end vehicles in an elite, client-facing setting (primarily golf courses in the area)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
