Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting construction projects through manual labor, site preparation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to building and infrastructure projects. Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and electricians with their tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents
- Support the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components as directed
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities on-site

Pay: $18.67-$34.31 per hour
