Our company believes in growing our services and enhancing our craft year after year. We are searching for landscapers looking to learn to be a landscape coordinator/supervisor.
The successful candidate would be trained and gain experience to become a landscape coordinator/supervisor over time.
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating landscape maintenance activities, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Eventually, you would be in charge of a landscaping crew and direct planning with company management.
The experienced candidate needs to have at least 1-2 years experience in landscaping and experience in property services would be an asset.
Tasks would include:
- Planning day to day work on-site
- Organizing other staff to complete tasks/projects
- Lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)
- General garden maintenance (weeding, planting, pruning, leaf pickup)
- Garden bed preparation (digging, leveling, tree install)
- Experience driving with a trailer or operating a skid steer, excavator or tractor is an asset (not required)
- Experience in painting and power washing is also an asset.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years minimum experience working in landscaping working with landscape equipment
- Must be able to work daily
- Must be able to work rain or shine, no exceptions
- Physically fit to complete all tasks and projects
- Must have a valid Driver’s license with an N minimum
- Able to drive a company vehicle if required
Workdays are between 8:30am-5:30pm and are Monday - Friday. Most days are 5-8 hours. This is a year round position.

Hourly wage would start at $23.00/hour and would increase with experience and time worked with the company.
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
