Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Overnight Teleoperations Supervisor based in Kitchener to support our teleoperations team during overnight operations of robots applying fertilizer in fields across Ontario.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in supervising teams. Fluency in English is highly desirable to facilitate effective interaction with diverse team members. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery
- Communicate effectively with teleoperators, and internal teams in English
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and inform decision-making processes
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate team members toward achieving organizational objectives
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
