Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Full Time Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely service and upselling where appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
- Support team members during busy hours by performing various roles such as serving, cashiering, or kitchen assistance
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
