Summary
At Riverside Foundry Inc. our Floater 2 position is a cross-functional role that gets trained in all areas of primary production; Melt deck, moulding and tow motor. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. This position is for the afternoon shift.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy weigh frequently
- Must be comfortable with working in a hot environment
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Canada
- Induction furnaces – caution no plates, pacemakers, screws, pins are not allowed in your body
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain a tow motor license.
