A well-established and locally respected self-storage facility in Kelowna is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to join our small, supportive team.

Schedule
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation
- $21.00 per hour
- Paid twice monthly
- Permanent part-time position
What You’ll Be Doing
This role combines customer service, administrative support, and light property maintenance duties.
Customer Service & Office Duties
- Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer questions about storage availability, pricing, and services
- Help customers through the rental and move-in/move-out process
- Process payments including debit, credit, cash, and e-transfers
- Manage customer accounts using storage management software
- Print documents, scan paperwork, and respond to emails
- Open and close the office independently
Facility & Property Support
- Clean vacated storage units (sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down units)
- Perform daily cleaning of public washrooms
- Conduct regular property walkthroughs and security checks
- Help keep the grounds clean and tidy by removing small debris and sweeping outdoor areas
- Support overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility
A golf cart and cleaning supplies are provided for outdoor duties.
