Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lot Attendant to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of performing various tasks to support our dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the appearance of vehicles on the lot, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing as needed
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members
- Organize and arrange vehicles in designated areas for easy access and presentation
- Monitor the lot for any safety hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Ensure the lot is tidy, free of debris, and well-organized at all times
- Support with vehicle inventory management and record keeping as required
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors warmly and addressing their needs professionally
- Various other tasks such as cutting grass, snow removal and odd jobs will be required
Skills
- Experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred

Pay: $15.95-$21.62 per hour
