Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior renovations. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces through remodeling, restoration, and construction activities while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform renovations and remodels including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens and basements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks such as demo, framing, drywall installation, flooring installation, and painting.
- Collaborate with team members on renovation projects.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers regarding progress updates and any issues that arise during the renovation process.
Requirements
- Prior experience on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects is essential.
- Experience using power tools
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn new skills related to renovation projects
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is required
