We are currently looking for electricians (Apprentices & Journeypersons) for industrial projects and service maintenance work located throughout Alberta. The ideal candidates will have experience serving small industrial, commercial or agricultural projects and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will enjoy driving to our different projects in Calgary, Camrose, Red Deer, and Edmonton.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service/small project Journeyman Electrician to join our growing electrical service team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and customer-facing small project work across commercial, light industrial, and agricultural environments.

Journeyperson's Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and safely
- Perform service work including repairs, replacements, and system upgrades
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
- Complete job documentation, service reports, and time tracking
- Maintain tools, service vehicle, and jobsite cleanliness
- Follow all safety procedures and electrical codes
- Complete daily reports with accurate descriptions of work and material used
- Understand and complete all safety paperwork for daily tasks.
- Participating in safety meetings, toolbox meetings and ensuring training certificates (including client orientation) are kept up to date with the safety department
- Work with Service Manager to organize, schedule work and manage material needed for each job
- Read and understand prints and schematics
- Understanding legal roles and responsibilities, taking Training locally
- Can work and coordinate with other trades, general contractors, owners, and engineers.
- Perform work safely and comply with provincial, company and site-specific safety rules and regulations.
Ideal Service Electrician would possess the following:
- An Electrical Journeyperson or Red Seal certificate with min 2 years of experience in a service role.
- Strong communication and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Possess good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Applicants with valid fall protection, aerial platform and first aid certificates are preferred.
- Willingness to travel to short term out-of-town projects, have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in either commercial, agricultural or light industrial service and special projects will be an asset
Wage will be relative to training and experience.
