· Ensure all workers are trained and have valid First Aid or required certifications.
Communication and Stakeholder Coordination:
· Act as the on-site liaison for subcontractors, monitoring their performance and communicating progress or concerns to the Superintendent.
· Participate in weekly safety meetings and live site briefings.
· Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to provide input on scheduling and workforce needs.
· Maintain open lines of communication with all trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

· Conduct safety orientations for new workers and confirm PPE usage.
· Administer First Aid and initiate emergency response procedures as necessary.
· Participate in hazard assessments and ensure site-specific safety measures are documented and enforced.
· Complete safety and equipment inspections at required intervals.
Project Quality and Reporting:
· Monitor work for alignment with drawings, project specs, and Carlson's quality standards.
· Provide real-time feedback to team members and address deficiencies proactively.
