SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Fish Cutter. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling, handling, and packaging fish products while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Scale fish efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the packaging of fish products.
- Receive and store fish in accordance with established standards.
- Sanitize work area and properly handle products to adhere to food safety and health & safety standards.
- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Previous fish scaling experience is an asset.
- Knowledgeable of food safety practices.
- Basic math skills for measuring and weighing fish.
- Can lift up to 50 Ibs.
- Able to stand and work for extended periods of time in a refrigerated and wet environment.
- Able to receive and follow instructions.
- Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check
