Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista/ Bakery Sale Associate to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve taking orders for our bakery items and payments, preparing drinks and desserts, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks and desserts
- Serve and guide customers for the bakery items such as eclairs, cheesecake, tiramisu etc.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate and handle Cash & Credit Card transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all food handling practices.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in barista and customer service is required.
- Previous experience in using manual espresso machine.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in the food industry or food preparation is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

- Barista trained with manual espresso machine
