Our agency approach is supportive, collaborative, and empowering, ensuring providers feel respected, valued, and connected while maintaining the independence of operating their own home child care program.
Compensation
$180 – $350 per day
Compensation is based on enrollment and the number of children in care.
Providers have the opportunity to generate strong daily earnings while operating their own home child care program with the support of a licensed Home Child Care Agency.
About the Role
As a Home Child Care Provider with BCCFSS, you will operate a child care program directly from your own home while receiving ongoing support from our agency team.
Providers are responsible for:
- Providing care for children within their home
- Creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Supporting children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development
- Building strong, respectful relationships with families
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home child care setting
- Following agency policies and licensing requirements

Requirements
- Experience caring for children
- A safe and suitable home environment for child care
- First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Willingness to operate within a licensed Home Child Care Agency model
