We help 7–9 figure DTC brands and agencies hire elite creative strategists in 1–2 weeks. Our clients rely on us to find top-tier talent that can scale ad performance fast.
What You’ll Do
- Source high-quality creative strategists & other ecom related roles globally (LinkedIn, Twitter, referrals)
- Reach out to candidates and build relationships
- Screen candidates (portfolio, experience, communication)
- Conduct interviews and evaluate talent
- Present top candidates to our team
- Move fast — we aim to deliver candidates in 3–5 days
Who You Are
- 1–3+ years recruiting or talent sourcing experience
- Familiar with DTC, ecommerce, or marketing roles (preferred)
- Fast, resourceful, and proactive
- Strong communicator (written + verbal)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles
- Hungry to perform and grow
What Success Looks Like
- 30+ candidates sourced per week
- 10+ candidates interviewed per week
- 5+ qualified candidates submitted per week
- Supporting 2–3 successful placements per week
