Schedule
This position follows a Tuesday to Sunday schedule:
· Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
· Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
The role is full-time, with hours scheduled within these time blocks. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support project deadlines and client needs. Overtime, when applicable, will be compensated in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA).
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $36,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team in the successful execution of market research projects. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day project activities, preparing materials and documentation, monitoring fieldwork progress, and ensuring internal processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Because this role supports evening and weekend project activity, candidates must be comfortable working the Tuesday to Sunday schedule outlined above.
What a Typical Day May Look Like
· Monitoring survey performance and fieldwork progress
· Coordinating with programming, operations, and internal teams
· Preparing sample pulls and tracking quotas
· Organizing project files and documentation
· Preparing project status updates for Project Managers
· Reviewing timelines and escalating issues when required
· Supporting internal team communication and study coordination
Key Responsibilities
· Support Project Managers with project setup, coordination, and execution
· Prepare project documentation and assist with project kick-off activities
· Coordinate with programming, operations, and third-party vendors
· Monitor fieldwork, quotas, sampling, and project timelines
· Prepare project performance summaries and updates for Project Managers prior to client communication
· Escalate project risks or issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner
· Maintain organized and accurate project documentation and records
· Assist with staff briefings for mall intercept and on-site studies, ensuring interviewers and supervisors understand study procedures
· Act as a liaison between clients and the programming team during survey link testing and feedback stages
· Ensure internal testing and quality assurance processes are followed before survey invitations are distributed
· Report key survey metrics following pre-testing, including incidence rates and interview length
As part of a collaborative team environment, employees may occasionally assist with additional duties related to project operations and client support.

Experience in project coordination, operations, customer service, or market research is considered an asset, but not required.
Knowledge of market research methods such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, mall intercepts, or shelf-tests is also considered an asset.
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
· Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
· Legally authorized to work in Canada
