We are seeking licensed Hearing Instrument Practitioners to join our growing hearing healthcare team across Ontario. Opportunities are available in several communities across the province. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, patient-focused, and passionate about hearing healthcare. In this role you will provide comprehensive hearing care services, including hearing assessments, hearing aid selection and fitting, counseling, and ongoing patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing assessments in accordance with AHIP standards and clinic protocols
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing instruments based on individual patient needs
- Provide patient education, counselling, and follow-up care
- Perform hearing aid adjustments, repairs, and maintenance
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient experience
- Stay current with industry advancements, products, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario (AHIP)
- Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient-centered approach with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a clinical setting is an asset (new graduates welcome)

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
