About the Role
We are a growing third-party logistics provider specializing in final-mile delivery and white-glove service across Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team.
This is an Owner-Operator position. Applicants must own and operate their own 24–26 ft (5-ton) straight truck. Trucks are not provided.

Key Responsibilities
· Own and Operate a 24-26-foot (5-ton) straight truck on assigned delivery routes.
· Complete multi-stop deliveries using company mobile delivery software.
· Deliver and install appliances and furniture into customers’ rooms of choice.
· Perform washer and dryer installations in accordance with work orders.
· Provide professional White Glove service standards on every delivery.
· Complete all required documentation accurately (manifests, signatures, photos, service confirmations).
· Follow all safety protocols and comply with provincial motor vehicle regulations.
· Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
· Safeguard company and client property against loss or damage.
· Return damaged or refused goods in accordance with company procedures.
· Coordinate with Dispatch and Customer Service teams regarding route changes or escalations.
· Maintain a professional appearance and customer-first attitude at all times.
· Support onboarding or mentoring of new team members when required.
· Participate in periodic field audits to ensure service and safety standards are upheld.
Qualifications & Experience
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience operating a 5-ton 24/26-foot straight truck.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering office machines, installing appliances and furniture.
· Experience performing washer and dryer installations.
· Comfortable using mobile routing software and GPS systems.
· Physically capable of handling heavy items safely and repeatedly.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
· Air brake endorsement considered an asset.
· Willingness to complete criminal background and credit screening.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
