Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled DZ Driver & Labourer to join our team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles and performing various labour tasks to support our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid DZ license, experience with heavy equipment, and a strong work ethic. Duties
- Safely operate DZ licensed vehicles.
- Assist with daily operations, use of chainsaws, wood chippers, etc.
- Assist with the movement of materials and equipment around the job site
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts as needed (training provided)
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance when required
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle logs
- Support general labour tasks including site cleanup, equipment setup, and other duties as assigned
Experience
- Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Experience with automotive repair or maintenance is advantageous
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual labour tasks and long hours on your feet
- Proven reliability with a focus on safety compliance and punctuality
Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour
