Branch Managers must have a broad availability as this is a 7 day a week operation. Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends to meet our client’s business needs.

Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Ensure high employee engagement through talent management, coaching, training, and career development
- Deliver results through sales management and coaching
- Teller duties; including cash handling, branch maintenance, etc.
- Review applicants/completing financial risk assessment to determine approvals
- Provide ongoing coaching to your team for risk assessment, sales, customer service, etc.
- Respond to client inquiries/Information requests by both in store and remote clients
- Collaborate with various departments to maximize profit while focusing on exceptional customer service and sales
- Marketing, growing the business, thinking outside of the box to exceed financial targets
