Due to continued growth, our client is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior AR Specialist to join their collaborative team environment. This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Senior AR Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle, high-volume Accounts Receivable operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring timely collections, accurate reconciliations, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience managing high-volume AR, along with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Candidates must be highly dedicated, proactive, and take strong ownership of their work while thriving in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently. Strong Excel skills are required, while prior experience using Sage 50 and Sage 300 is considered a strong asset.
