We are a modern, non-toxic salon dedicated to clean, high-quality products and elevated client experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Esthetician / Nail Technician with advanced nail art expertise who takes pride in precision, creativity, and delivering premium results.
This role is ideal for a professional who is confident in both technical nail services and detailed, custom nail art, while also offering esthetic services in a clean and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures
- Deliver expert-level shellac, gel, and bio gel applications with strong attention to detail
- Create advanced nail art designs, including hand-painted art, French variations, ombré, chrome, builder gel shaping, and custom client requests
- Stay current with nail trends, techniques, and products
- Provide lash lifts, tints, brow shaping, and related services
- Threading experience is considered an asset
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards for all tools and workspaces
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable services and aftercare
- Assist with front desk duties such as booking and client record management
- Promote and confidently sell retail products and services
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain a loyal clientele
Requirements
- Valid esthetician certification (or relevant certifications)
- Proven experience in advanced nail techniques and nail art (portfolio required)
- Strong shaping, cuticle work, and application skills (gel, shellac, builder gel, bio gel)
- Ability to execute detailed and consistent nail art with precision
- Good sense of design, color matching, and current trends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales ability and confidence in recommending products/services
- Front desk or administrative experience is an asset
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
