We are currently looking for experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers for frac sand hauling near Fort St. John / Grande Prairie area. Our head office is located in Edmonton.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate truck and trailer units for frac sand hauling
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep accurate logbooks
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and field staff
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience (oilfield/frac sand hauling is an asset)
- Current safety tickets: H2S Alive, CSO (or CSTS), First Aid
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Drivers must be clean-shaven in order to comply with site safety and respirator requirements.
- Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test before hiring.
- Drivers are responsible for purchasing their own PPE (personal protective equipment), including required safety gear and clothing.
- Ability to work independently and in remote locations
