Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in need of support within their homes or care facilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor health status
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Help clients participate in recreational activities and social engagement
- Follow care plans and document observations accurately for ongoing health management
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly desirable
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those with dementia is preferred
- Ability to administer medication safely and follow healthcare protocols
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks efficiently
- Valid certification or training in caregiving or home health aide is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality personal support services

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
