Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and drive successful project execution from initial estimate to completion. Responsibilities
- Develop precise and competitive construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate pricing, scope, and terms that align with project goals.
- Manage all phases of project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure timely completion.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts thoroughly to identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with field teams to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and maintain adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare detailed bid proposals, change orders, and progress reports for internal review and client presentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors through transparent communication and effective negotiation strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in construction estimating combined with solid project management capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contractual terms.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, costs, and industry best practices.
