Job Summary
Fisher Coating specializes in painting Hardie and wood products for siding, soffit, and cladding. We are looking for a physically capable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packer & Quality Control Associate in our warehouse.
This is a physically demanding role. You will be handling and packing heavy materials. We need someone who is fit, strong, and ready to work hard every day.
Packing Duties:
- Pack finished products following packing rules and procedures
- Handle and move heavy Hardie and wood materials safely
- Keep the packing area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
Quality Control Duties:
- Inspect each product for defects before packing
- Log all rejects clearly and accurately
- Identify and report recurring quality issues to supervisors
- Separate and hold non-conforming items for review
What We're Looking For:
- Physically fit — able to lift heavy loads repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail for both packing and quality inspection
- Reliable — punctual and consistent every day
- Able to follow precise packing procedures and quality standards
- Good team player who communicates well
- Safety-conscious and PPE-compliant at all times
- Steel-toed footwear required
