This course is not team taught.
Teaching Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.). Equivalent law degree provided by a Canadian university (Juris Doctor (J.D.); Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B)) acceptable provided candidate has passed the 4-month articling entry course given by l’École du Barreau du Québec or recognized equivalent and candidate is licensed with the Barreau du Québec to practice law in the province of Québec).

Previous experience teaching FACC 220 – Law for Architects and Engineers an asset;

Previous experience teaching courses recognized by the Barreau du Québec an asset.

Minimum three (3) years’ experience practicing civil law in the province of Québec. Specific experience in cases regarding construction of immovables, professional liability, manufacturer’s liability, and intellectual property an asset;

Candidate must be a card-holding member of the Barreau du Québec in good standing, for at least the past three years

Candidate must have taken and passed the Ecole du Barreau’s 4-month articling entry training course or a recognized equivalent course;

Candidate must have taken and passed the Examen du Barreau du Québec.
