Kaffi Espresso Bar is looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team.
This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various food service tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the coffee/café industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prepare espresso-based drinks consistently
- Reliability and punctuality
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available to work statutory holidays
Responsibilities:
- Preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages according to café standards
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and customer area
- Restocking supplies and following daily checklists
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Following food safety and café procedures
