Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fashion Associate to support the presentation, organization, and replenishment of apparel merchandise. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing fashion department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with locating apparel items, offering product recommendations, and answering questions
- Stock, organize, and merchandise fashion products according to modular guidelines and seasonal plans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the salesfloor and backroom areas
- Execute seasonal guide sets and features as directed by Home Office
- Follow inventory control procedures, including stock rotation and loss prevention practices
- Ensure proper signage and fixtures are used as outlined in modular plans
- Contribute to a safe and hazard-free shopping environment by completing safety checks and securing displays
- Support overall customer satisfaction through product knowledge and friendly service
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and placing merchandise as needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: From $17.75 per year
