Kitchener Chrysler, powered by the Finch Auto Group, is currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. With 9 thriving dealerships and decades of experience, we provide the tools, training, and team environment you need to succeed—and surpass your goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and help them find the perfect vehicle
- Guide clients through the sales and financing process
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and inventory
What You Bring:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales experience is an asset—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license
