What You'll Be Doing:

Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Speaking with customers about their auto repair needs
-
Creating repair orders and recommending additional repairs/maintenance when appropriate to encourage sales

Presenting estimates and explaining the importance of the service before gaining approval for the work

Communicating with the service team to keep the day-to-day flowing smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role
