We are seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join a well-established bank in North York. This is an onsite position with a clear pathway to a leadership role within the Audit function.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor, the Senior Manager, Audit is responsible for leading and developing a team of audit professionals while overseeing the planning and execution of complex audits and projects. The role also acts as a subject matter expert in areas such as Compliance, AML/ATF and Sanctions, ICAAP, and other enterprise risk domains. This position supports the Chief Internal Auditor by contributing to risk assessments, audit planning, and identifying emerging risks, while ensuring audits are delivered in accordance with internal methodologies and regulatory requirements.

The role provides direct visibility to senior leadership and the Chief Internal Auditor, along with meaningful influence over audit strategy and risk planning, as well as strong long-term career growth. The compensation package is up to $150K depending on experience, plus a 15% bonus, pension, full benefits, 4 weeks’ vacation, and more.
What You Bring
To be considered for this role, you hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, along with a professional designation such as CPA, CIA, or CISA. You bring at least seven years of experience in Internal Audit within a banking or financial services environment, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-risk audits across areas such as credit, treasury, AML/ATF, sanctions, regulatory compliance, ERM/ICAAP, or model risk management. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and are able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data analytics in audit is considered an asset. Fluency in Korean is highly desired.
