Headquartered in Brampton, we are a fast-growing company looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint and drive revenue growth across the GTA.Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be the face of Alliance Electrical Supply in the field. Your primary mission will be to identify new business opportunities, manage and grow existing contractor accounts, and provide technical product solutions. If you are an aggressive hunter who thrives on autonomy, loves building relationships on job sites, and has a knack for closing deals in the competitive GTA market, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities: * Territory Growth: Actively prospect, cold call, and network to generate new contractor and commercial accounts across the GTA.
- Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring Alliance is their first choice for all material needs.
- Technical Consultation: Assist contractors with product selection, project take-offs, and quoting specifications for upcoming builds.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on local construction projects, industry trends, and competitor activity in the region.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Brampton-based inside sales and counter teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and top-notch customer service.
Qualifications & Skills: * Experience: 2–5 years of industrial or B2B sales experience (experience specifically within the electrical supply, lighting, or construction industry is highly preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with electrical components, conduits, lighting packages, and distribution equipment is a massive asset.
- Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and a "hunter" mindset.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (frequent travel across the GTA is required).
