We are seeking confident Education Advisors to assist prospective clients in choosing the right immigration and education pathways. The primary responsibility will be to guide active leads for Aspire's services clearly, ethically, and enthusiastically.
This role combines client advising with target-driven sales, perfect for individuals who enjoy helping people while also achieving results. Ideal for full-time professionals or students looking to gain experience in a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and guide them with professional advise related to immigration matters.
- Provide accurate information about study permits, work permits, PR programs, and other immigration services.
- Assist clients with eligibility questions and guide them to the next steps in their application journey.
- Coordinate with our legal and processing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain CRM records of interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, and community outreach when needed.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English (Punjabi, Hindi, or other languages are an asset)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Students with excellent interpersonal skills are welcome to apply for part-time roles
- Previous sales, call centre, or immigration/education experience is a plus
