We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our wellness team. You will be the face of our clinic, creating a welcoming environment for patients while keeping daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Schedule and manage chiropractic and massage appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Manage patient forms and digital files.
Billing and Administration
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Submit insurance claims and billing.
- Track clinic inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Clinical Support
- Escort patients to treatment rooms.
- Flip and sanitize treatment tables between appointments.
- Assist chiropractors with basic daily scheduling adjustments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Office experience involving administrative tasks, multi-line phone systems, and patient interaction is required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with the clinic management software program Jane would be an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive health information confidentiality.
