What we are looking for:
- An instructor who can commit to at least 10 hours a week and are willing to commit to a set schedule, which includes, mornings, evenings and weekends.
- An instructor that is certified with a reputable school with at least reformer training (level 2 training).
- Someone who is knowledgeable about basic biomechanics.
- Someone who understands about what to do in common situations, i.e., what to do and not do if someone has osteoporosis.
- Someone who is willing to learn and expand their own horizons.
- An instructor who is comfortable in teaching both private classes and duet classes.
- An instructor that is willing to go the extra mile in regards to client care.
- Willing to continue learning and willing to take recommended CECs or a bridging program.
Requirements:
- Must be trained and certified with a reputable Pilates school and has at least reformer training completed.
- Familiar with both teaching private and duet classes
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience with at least 15 hours/week
- Comfortable to teach in a therapeutic manner.
- Able to teach clients with various injuries and conditions.
- Understand basic movement biomechanics and provide suitable exercises for common injuries and age-related disorders.
- Professional, dedicated and dependable.
- Positive, kind and enthusiastic attitude.
- Able to communicate openly with staff and clients.
- A team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $42.50-$55.00 per hour
