Store Manager – Convenience Store & Liquor Location

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a combined convenience and liquor retail location. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and hands-on involvement in store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
- Lead, schedule, train, and support store staff
- Maintain high standards for customer service and compliance
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product merchandising
- Complete cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting accurately
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and loss prevention practices
- Follow company policies and provincial liquor regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience (convenience, grocery, or liquor experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
- Comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
