Requirements
- Minimum, Valid BC Class 4 or higher driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract (no more than 2 tickets or accidents in the past 36 months)
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Last-minute shift cancellations may result in fewer future shifts
- Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations
- Personal smartphone with data (required for work-related apps including pre-trip inspections, ridership tracking, and clock-ins)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be available to work all assigned shifts scheduled at least one week in advance
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles with a Class 4 unrestricted licence
- Transport passengers efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report vehicle issues and follow safety protocols
