PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: North York, ON
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays Required)

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our office team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable customer service, dispatching, and administrative experience within a growing company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Book and schedule service appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Complete customer follow-ups and confirmation calls
- Assist with resolving customer concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support daily office operations

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Gmail & Microsoft Office Programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of dispatching, administrative, or call centre experience
- Experience answering high-volume phone calls
- Knowledge of plumbing or home services is considered an asset
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- 20–30 hours per week
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Ability to work on statutory holidays required
- Additional hours may be available based on business needs
