Property Maintenance Technician — Full Time North County Cutting | Prince Edward County, ON $23–$25/hr
North County Cutting is a growing property maintenance and landscaping company serving Prince Edward County and surrounding areas. We're known for showing up and doing quality work — and we're looking for someone who takes the same approach.
The Role Primarily on our seasonal mowing and maintenance route, with opportunity to work on design-build projects (hardscaping, garden installs, landscaping) depending on your experience.
Responsibilities
- Run a mowing and property maintenance route
- Seasonal cleanups, edging, trimming, and bed work
- Operate and care for commercial equipment
- Assist on design-build projects as needed
Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver's license (G or G2) — required
- 1–2+ seasons of landscaping or property maintenance experience
- Strong work ethic and professional conduct with clients
- Self-motivated and physically fit for outdoor work
