Arctic Chiller is currently recruiting for an in-house Sales Representative with graphic design experience to join our team. This is a full-time seasonal position from June to August, with the potential to remain full-time or transition into part-time in the future.
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and outgoing individual who is ready to support our Sales Team, build strong client relationships, and assist with custom label projects as needed. This role is primarily sales-focused, with some graphic design responsibilities related to custom water bottle labels and customer branding requests.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to connect with customers, follow up on leads, support order inquiries, and help create new sales opportunities. A basic understanding of graphic design and branding is an asset, as this role may assist our Art Department with simple label updates, mock-ups, and design-related customer requests.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized in a busy environment, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team with customer communication, order inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through outreach and relationship building.
- Assist customers with custom label water orders and help guide them through the process.
- Gather branding details, logo files, and label information from clients.
- Work with the Lead Graphic Designer to create or update custom water bottle labels as needed.
- Assist with simple design projects, mock-ups, and label revisions when required.
- Help ensure customer orders move smoothly from inquiry to approval.
- Assist the Sales Team with additional responsibilities, to be discussed during the interview process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help where needed.
- Interest in sales, client relationships, and business development.
- Basic graphic design experience is a requirement.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
- Ability to understand customer branding needs and communicate them clearly to the Art Department.
- Willingness to learn Arctic Chiller’s products, processes, and sales approach.
