We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and creating a positive salon experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Perform consultations to understand clients' hair care goals and recommend suitable services
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following sanitization protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clear understanding of desired outcomes
- Participate in retail sales of hair care products
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hair styling is required
- Proficiency in front desk duties is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of sanitization practices for salon hygiene
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
