MHS Logistix Inc. is currently seeking a safety minded class 5 driver with minimum 3 years provable commercial trailer experience to deliver building roof truss and I joist floor packages in the Edmonton and surrounding area.

Responsibilities:
- Loading, manually tie down and ensure a safe load
- Comply with delivery instructions and ensure all hauling procedures are followed.
- Routinely follow through with vehicle checks including pre and post trip.
- Comply with federal logs and carry regulations and maintain required log book and associated paperwork.
- Deliver loads in a timely manner from contract accounts to customers as per instruction from shippers.
- Uphold the appearance and preventative maintenance of company equipment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Alberta drivers license (class 5) with clean abstract.
- Five years minimum commercial experience pulling gooseneck or equivalent trailer and exhibit strong, safe driving practices.
- Familiar with deck load work and load securement requirements.
-Excellent knowledge of Edmonton and the surrounding area.
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Must have strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable operating equipment in confined areas.
Job Types: Part-time Casual position available. Part time 15-35 hours per week.
