Meridian Marketing Collective is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Summer Sales Team Lead. This role combines hands-on sales experience with leadership responsibilities, supporting and guiding a team of Summer Sales Representatives.

Compensation: Performance-Based (Uncapped Earnings) Target based earnings $1,600 - $2,200 weekly
This is a hands-on door-to-door sales and leadership role designed to help students and early professionals develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, resilience, and business development.

Sales Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations
- Present and promote Home Protection Pest Control Services with confidence and professionalism
- Track daily activity and sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Lead by example through strong personal sales performance
Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to a team of Summer Sales Representatives
- Coach team members on communication, sales techniques, and performance improvement
- Assist with transportation and logistics for team members when needed
- Help maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performance team environment
- Support team training and reinforce company sales systems and processes
Qualifications

- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Previous door to door sales or leadership experience is an asset but not required

Compensation
This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. Successful team leads can earn significantly more than a traditional hourly summer job depending on performance.
