Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting residential construction projects through physical labour, assisting skilled tradespeople, and helping ensure the smooth progress of various building and renovation tasks.
The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, safety-conscious, and able to perform hard physical labour in a fast-paced construction environment. This position requires long hours at times, working outdoors in varying conditions, lifting heavy materials, and maintaining a strong work ethic throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment on-site.
- Help with site cleanup at the end of each workday to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable Vehicle and License required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
