We are looking to hire a Part-time Office Assistant to join our team 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
As our office assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in keeping our office running. You should be organized, timely, friendly, responsible, patient and great at multi-tasking.
· Responsibilities include:
· Answering the phone and re-directing calls
· Data entry
· Photocopy and scan documents as required
· Supporting staff with internal request for files, information, etc
· Provide backup to other administrative staff as required
· Responding to inquiries and redirecting as appropriate
· Resolving issues within the scope of the role and escalating problems as required
· Writing routine documents and correspondence
· Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents
· Updating and maintaining database records
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and organizational skills
· Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
