Overview
We are seeking dedicated Residential Cleaners to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet client specifications and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any special requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times during service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by building positive relationships with clients
Skills
- Proficiency in English language
- cleaning skills with experience in residential environments preferred- but willing to train the right individual
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Knowledge of hospitality or customer service practices is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
